How do you accept payment?

We use PayPal to take payment is it is used and trusted by 230 million people worldwide. If you don’t have a PayPal account, don’t worry, you can pay using your debit/credit card.

Will my account details work from your Colin Bradley Art Membership Site?

The Colin Bradley Art Store is a completely separate site from our membership site therefore you will have to create a new account if you wish or you can purchase your items without creating an account.

Do I have to create an account if I wish to place an order?

No, there is no requirement to create and account on the site. If you simply want to purchase under a “guest” account then you can!

How long will it take for my goods to ship?

If you live in the UK, we estimate your order will be delivered within 2 working days. If you live in Europe then we estimate your order will be delivered between 3 -4 working days.

For US and Countries outside the EU, we estimate your order will be delivered between 5 and 6 working days.

All delivery times may vary if there are known problems with the postal services.

Are your digital downloads instant?

Yes! If you place an order for any of our digital download products, you will receive an e-mail straight after your payment is processed, you can download the products using the link on the e-mail or log into your account anytime to download them from the site.

How much do you charge for shipping?

If you live in the UK then shipping is completely free if you order over £12. If you order under £12 then there will be a £1.99 shipping cost.

If you live outside the UK then any orders up to £30 incur a £7 shipping cost and orders over £30 incur a £12 shipping cost.

How do I play your DVD Movies if I download them?

The DVD movies as digital downloads are in .mov format, therefore you will need Quick Time Player to play the movie on your computer. You can download Quick Time by clicking here. The .mov format also enables you to transfer the movie to your iPad or other tablet device.

Will your DVDs play in my DVD player?

PLEASE NOTE: All of our DVDs are Region 2 format. If you live outside of Europe then you will need a multi region dvd player or your computer to watch our DVDs. If you live outside Europe and wish to order our DVDs we suggest you check if your DVD player can play Region 2 DVDs. If you are not sure which DVD region code applies to your country then please see the list below:
